At Aparthy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Aparthy account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.
Secure the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
